The staff here are phenomenal. Being in urgent care most of the weekend is obviously not a pleasant situation. But, they could not have made it any better. They were forward and candid about every treatment, cost, and possible outcome. They even contacted UT for me and gave me all the information including estimates for my kitten. I want to thank Chloe, Jiji, Dr. Johnson and one more tech who unfortunately I am blanking on the name. They all were dedicated, caring, and respectful of my time. I couldn’t recommend them more.
